What is Turf Weight?

This system helps level the playing field by assigning more weight to better-performing horses to make races more competitive.

Example Calculation

Let's assume the following values:

Density of the Turf = 200 kg/m³
Thickness of the Turf = 0.05 m

Using the formula:

\[ \text{WT} = 50 \times 200 \times 0.05 = 500 \]

The weight of the turf is 500 kg.
