The formula to calculate the Vacuum Pressure (P_vac) is:

\[ P_{vac} = P_L - P_A \]

Where:

Vacuum Pressure (P_vac): The pressure difference between the local atmospheric pressure and the absolute pressure.
Local Atmospheric Pressure (P_L): The pressure exerted by the atmosphere at a given location.
Absolute Pressure (P_A): The total pressure exerted on a system, including atmospheric pressure.

Let's say the local atmospheric pressure is 101325 Pa and the absolute pressure is 50000 Pa. Using the formula:

\[ P_{vac} = 101325 - 50000 \]

We get:

\[ P_{vac} = 51325 \text{ Pa} \]

So, the vacuum pressure is 51325 Pa.
