The formula to calculate the Current Value (CV) of a timeshare is:

\[ CV = IPP - (AMF \times YO) \]

Where:

$ AMF $ is the Annual Maintenance Fees for the timeshare ($)
$ YO $ is the Number of Years the timeshare has been owned
