What is Transfer Rate?

Example Calculation 1

Let's assume the following values:

Total Amount of Data Transferred (\(D\)) = 300 MB
Total Amount of Time (\(T\)) = 5 min

Using the formula:

\[ TRS = \frac{300}{5 \times 60} = 1 \text{ MB/s} \]

The transfer rate is 1 MB/s.

Example Calculation 2

Let's assume the following values:

Total Amount of Data Transferred (\(D\)) = 600 MB
Total Amount of Time (\(T\)) = 10 min

Using the formula:
