The formula to calculate the Survey Response Rate (RR) is:

\[ RR = \left(\frac{NR}{NS}\right) \times 100 \]

Where:

Survey Response Rate: A measure of how many people out of the total number of recipients responded to a survey. It indicates the survey's effectiveness and the level of interest or engagement among the target population.

Let's say the number of responses received (NR) is 150, and the number of surveys sent (NS) is 500. Using the formula:

\[ RR = \left(\frac{150}{500}\right) \times 100 \]

We get:
